IT Procurement Specialist (Technology)

At Leadtech, we’re looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to implement procurement plans, manage supplier engagements, and ensure cost-effective and compliant purchasing processes. As an individual contributor, you’ll focus on executing the procurement lifecycle, conducting commercial & contract management, and coordinating cross-functional activities. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, adaptable to evolving priorities, and experienced with digital procurement systems. An openness to leveraging AI tools for productivity and analysis is also important.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
• Ideally within technology-related categories such as SaaS, software licensing, or IT services
• Hands-on experience running competitive sourcing processes and negotiating commercial terms
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with digital procurement systems and AI tools
• Openness to leveraging AI tools for productivity and analysis
• Strong commercial mindset, decisive, and solution-oriented
• Approachable and collaborative working style
