Lead Software Engineer

Lead Software Engineer responsible for driving the product roadmap, leading engineering teams, and mentoring developers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software engineering best practices, design patterns, and microservice architecture, as well as experience with AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• Expertise in C#,.NET, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks like React/Angular
• Experience with microservice architecture, REST APIs, and modern design patterns
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing services on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong command of both SQL and an understanding of when to use NoSQL databases
• Experience building applications or PoCs that integrate with major LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini)
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
• 8+ years of software development experience with a clear track record of leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical projects to completion
