Technical Support Specialist

Leadventure is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support their Dealer Spike brand, providing excellent customer experience and technical support to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma
• 2+ years of computer and software service experience in a fast-paced business environment
• 1+ year of supporting customer applications via phone in technical help desk environment
• Understanding of data mapping, transformations, and integrations.
• Microsoft Office suite experience (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of eBay, Craigslist and Auto industry a plus
• Ability to work with and support others in a team environment
• Comfortable working independently in fully remote environment
• Strong time management and self-prioritization skills
• Able to balance focus work with time-sensitive issues
