Job Description
LeafLink is seeking an IT Manager to oversee internal IT operations, information security practices, and compliance initiatives across the organization. The role ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of the systems that support LeafLink employees and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration
- Experience administering identity platforms such as Okta or Azure AD
- Experience managing device fleets using MDM platforms such as Kandji, Intune, or Jamf
- Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace and Slack
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC2
- Experience working with endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and operational problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, finance, and operations teams
