Job Description
The Contractor will provide on-site administrative and operational support during clinic events to assist with patient flow, data tracking, and general clinic coordination.
Requirements
- Provide patient-facing support during clinic events
- Assist with patient intake and registration
- Support the on-site physician by managing patient flow and ensuring appointments remain organized and on schedule
- Utilize Google Sheets or similar web-based tools to track clinic activity
- Maintain accurate administrative records
- Handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy standards
- Provide general administrative or receptionist-style support
