QA Lead (Talent Pool Building)

League is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a small team of QA testers, overseeing day-to-day test management activities, including planning, resource allocation, and customer/UAT support. The role requires strong technical expertise in automation and manual testing, as well as experience working in external client-facing roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 1 year in a dedicated Test Lead or similar leadership role
• Expertise in both manual testing, including functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing
• Proven hands-on experience in test automation, including running tests and analyzing results
• Demonstrated ability to thrive and deliver in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Extensive experience working in external client-facing roles, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Deep understanding and practical experience with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios
