VP, Engineering (Apps & Solutions)

League is seeking a VP of Engineering (Apps & Solutions) to lead an AI-native engineering transformation, scale a world-class engineering organization, and set technical vision and engineering standards for Apps & Solutions. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles, and demonstrated AI conviction.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience
• 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing multiple engineering teams and leaders of leaders
• Demonstrated AI conviction and experience deploying AI-assisted engineering workflows
• Proven track record scaling engineering organizations of 50+ engineers and delivering complex, enterprise-grade SaaS products
• Deep technical fluency in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and full-stack development
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to build trust with C-suite stakeholders and enterprise customers
• Experience working within HIPAA, PIPEDA, or equivalent regulated data environments
