The Event Beverage Server provides exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at all Léal properties. This role is responsible for fostering positive guest interactions while accurately preparing beverages and serving them responsibly in a friendly and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous beverage serving experience with working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, and common drink recipes required.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) terminal/device.
- Possess an outgoing, friendly personality, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance, including adherence to department dress code
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Must be available to work a varied schedule to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours of business
- Able to work under pressure and remain calm to resolve problems using good judgment
- Sound judgment, solid leadership skills, and experience.
- Strong knowledge of bartending operations, service procedures, and functions.
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance.
- Possess honesty and integrity
