Event & Sales Coordinator - Leal Vineyards

The Event & Sales Coordinator will coordinate and execute events to ensure timelines and details are followed and to ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience while attending any event at any Léal property. The position involves event sales, event execution, and coordination, as well as managing sales efforts and marketing plans.

Requirements

• Effectively contract events, including weddings, social events, corporate events, etc.
• Actively solicit business through prospecting, cold calling, and sales calls.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of potential and secured accounts, bookings, client requests, and specifications in the Sales & Catering Management system.
• Oversee the planning and coordination of details of booked business; create and distribute client BEO's.
• Work closely with all relevant departments in the planning process of each event.
