Sales Manager - Events & Weddings

Sales Manager - Events & Weddings position at Leal Vineyards, Hollister, CA. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales for all Léal properties. Work closely with senior management to generate potential sales and achieve revenue goals. Assist in marketing efforts and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have a love for autonomy, rapidly changing environments, and teamwork. They must be creative, trendy, charismatic, knowledgeable, and well-versed in sales and marketing techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event or Meeting Planning, or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry
• 2 years of sales experience in the destination market of a luxury property, with solid experience in catering and banquet sales and experience in solicitation of new business and closing and negotiating contracts
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel), Aisle Planner, Salesforce, Google Drive/Sheets
• Valid California Food Handler Certificate
• Current ABC-approved California Responsible Beverage Server Training Certificate
• Current California Driver License with satisfactory driving record
