Job Description
Join Lean Tech, a rapidly expanding organization in MedellĂn, Colombia, as a Senior EPM Consultant. You will lead and support Oracle FCCS implementations, working closely with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant consolidation and close solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM, with a focus on FCCS
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end FCCS implementations
- Strong expertise in financial consolidation concepts
- Proficiency in Oracle Data Management / FDMEE for data integration and mapping
- Experience with Smart View, FCCS forms, and reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with EPM Automate and REST APIs for automation and administration
- Strong understanding of financial close processes under US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
