Lean Tech is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join their team in MedellĂn, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform and strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. The role involves delivering high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and accelerating development through effective use of AI and modern engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform
- Strong expertise in Apex (classes, triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven experience designing scalable solutions and optimizing business processes
- Deep understanding of Salesforce core products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and App Cloud
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SDLC best practices
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance development workflows and productivity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
