Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure a hybrid enterprise infrastructure across a large multi-site environment. This role is a senior individual contributor responsible for ensuring platform stability, driving automation, and leading complex troubleshooting and operational improvements across on-premises and cloud environments.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Windows Server administration
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• DNS, DHCP, and certificate services
• 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Hybrid identity and access management
• Hands-on experience with VMware (VM lifecycle, troubleshooting, performance tuning)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell
• Experience with ITSM tools and processes (incident, change, problem management)
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security best practices
• Monitoring and alerting systems
• Ability to manage complex changes with proper validation and rollback strategies
