Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Lean, you’ll help customers design, implement, and launch integrations successfully. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to support technical presales, guide implementation from sandbox to production, and help customers adopt Lean’s products effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or a similar client-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS or API-first environments.
• Comfortable working with REST APIs, reading technical documentation, debugging integration issues, and guiding clients through implementation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is required.
• Highly accountable, organized, and proactive; able to manage multiple workstreams, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
