Job Description
Seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to support and coach franchise owners across an established network, improving revenue performance, profitability, and execution of brand standards.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in franchise operations, multi unit operations, or field support roles.
- Strong understanding of business performance metrics including revenue, profitability, labor management, and operational KPIs.
- Experience coaching operators, franchisees, or multi location teams.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence business owners.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
