Job Description
The VP of Operations will drive Average Unit Volume and EBITDA growth, oversee the integration of new acquisitions, and launch new restaurant openings. This role requires a strong leader who can scale operations, improve unit economics, and enforce standards across the portfolio.
Requirements
- 12+ years of multi-unit QSR leadership experience
- At least 5 years at the Director or VP level
- Proven track record of integrating M&A targets
