Aloha is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Supervisor for its Bleecker St boutique. The Sales Supervisor will manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and cultivate exceptional customer relationships.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate effectively with teams to achieve both individual and organizational goals
• Foundational experience in retail or customer-focused roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Flexibility to accommodate dynamic business needs, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
