Job Description
Leapfrog is seeking a Senior Full-Stack GenAI Engineer to join their engineering team. The role involves building scalable applications, contributing to the integration of GenAI-driven features, and collaborating on architectural decisions. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with expertise in full-stack engineering and GenAI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with 1+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- 2+ years of experience in React and Node.js (or equivalent full-stack technologies)
- Expert-level knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native application development
- Exposure to AI-assisted feature development or willingness to work on GenAI components
- Experience working in agile teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for building modern, intelligent applications
