Leapsome is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional squad and drive impact through technical depth, strategic thinking, and people-first leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 4+ years as an engineering manager
• Track record of growing people and delivering impactful software
• Comfortable working across the stack and willing to dive into code when necessary
• Led teams working on transactional, compliance-sensitive systems
• Combine technical depth with a passion for people leadership and coaching
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong prioritization, and the ability to communicate with clarity across levels
