Job Description
Lear is a global leader in the automotive industry and is seeking a Quality Process Engineer to join their quality department in Pruszków, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising product and material quality, defining quality requirements, and developing quality control plans.
Requirements
- Experience in working in a quality department
- Preferably experience in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with quality tools and methods: 8D, flow chart, quality control plans, PFMEA
- Higher education
- Ability to apply analyses: Pareto, Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why
- Familiarity with the English language on a level of at least B2
- Ability to work in a team, good time management, and task prioritization skills
- Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude
