Inżynier/Inżynierka Procesu (k/m/d)

Design and implement automated production processes for new projects. Provide engineering support for production processes. Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance departments.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, or Electronics
• Min 3 years of experience on a similar position in a production plant (automotive industry experience preferred)
• Desirable experience with automated processes
• Proficiency in English to enable free communication (B2)
• Experience in making process changes in the area of mass production
• Practical knowledge of PFMEA, OEE, APQP, SPC, Auto CAD, Lean Manufacturing principles, etc.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and APIS-IQ RM program (desired)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Independence, very good work organization, proactivity
