Design and implement automated production processes for new projects. Provide engineering support for production processes. Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance departments.
Requirements
- Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, or Electronics
- Min 3 years of experience on a similar position in a production plant (automotive industry experience preferred)
- Desirable experience with automated processes
- Proficiency in English to enable free communication (B2)
- Experience in making process changes in the area of mass production
- Practical knowledge of PFMEA, OEE, APQP, SPC, Auto CAD, Lean Manufacturing principles, etc.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and APIS-IQ RM program (desired)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Independence, very good work organization, proactivity
