Job Description
Lear is seeking a Launch Leader to support customer orders in pre-production, ensure product quality and safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Lean principles. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The launch leader will be a key player in ensuring successful execution of pre-production and production build.
Requirements
- University degree major in Engineering or related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, CAD, Solid work
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or Production scheduling or Launch leader
