Job Description
Payroll accounting analyst responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with MxGAAP and US GAAP, and providing high-standard customer service while achieving high levels of efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2+ years in a similar accounting role (ideally in a manufacturing or multinational environment)
- Strong understanding of Mexican tax laws and international accounting standards
- Advanced MS Office (especially Excel)
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Financial systems: SAP, QAD, PLEX, BPCS, HFM, Blackline, or LMS
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
