Job Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead the assembly & LP operations inside the Kenitra extension plant, ensuring high-quality and profitable production while fostering a supportive work environment. As a key member of the Lear Morocco team, you will be responsible for overseeing the employee workforce, managing scheduling, evaluating policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in automotive industries and teams management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in English and French languages
