Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Lear Corporation, you will be responsible for new product launch process and equipment, and leading standardization and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering
• Project management
• Labor analysis / work measurement
• Line balancing
• Creation of technical purchasing specifications for custom assembly equipment
• Plant layout using AutoCad Lt / 2D
• Experience with assembly equipment; build pallets, conveyors, end of line testers etc
• Hands-on experience implementing change on production floor
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
