Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Lear, you will be responsible for leading the warehouse team, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and maintaining accurate inventories. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency, as well as developing and leading warehouse staff.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of logistics KPIs
- Experience working with WMS / ERP / MRP systems
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, PDCA, Gemba)
- Solid PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Preferred experience with MRP systems, ideally AS400 / BPCS
