Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)-PRN

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for PRN positions in Victorville, CA. The COTA will assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating client functionality and implementing therapy programs to meet rehabilitation goals.

Requirements

• Assisting Occupational Therapists in evaluating client's level of functionality and need for therapy
• Implementation of therapy programs developed by the Occupational Therapist, to meet assigned client’s rehabilitation goals and objectives
• Provide treatment techniques which include, but are not limited to, activities of daily living, perceptual-motor activities, guidance and use of adaptive equipment, exercises to enhance functional performance, prevocational evaluation and treatment, and use of assistive technology; collecting and accurately recording data on therapy programs
