Job Description
Join Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners as an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in Temecula, CA and surrounding areas. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans for patients with neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in their homes and communities.
Requirements
- Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs
- Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers
