As a skilled Field Operations Technician, you will utilize your technical background to work on restoration activities, preventative maintenance, and installation, and deliver exceptional quality, reliability, and safety in all that you do.

Requirements

• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service experience to every client
• Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally using effective de-escalation techniques
• Perform on-site installation and repair of internet services, copper and fiber cabling, demarc extensions, and rack-mounted networking equipment
