Field Operations Technician

Ledcor is hiring Field Operations Technicians with over five years of experience in telecommunications to work on restoration activities, preventative maintenance, and installation. Emphasis on building trust with clients and providing best-in-class customer service is required. Perform installation, repair, and testing of equipment and services, including Nokia, Infinera, and Ciena.

Requirements

• Five plus years of experience in telecommunications
• Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and customer focused approach
• Degree or diploma from a technical college (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience working in the field independently and thriving in a dynamic environment
• Clear and efficient verbal and written communication skills
