Manage accounts receivable, subcontractor records, payroll, equipment time entry, accounts payable, and month-end reporting. Interaction with project teams is important to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data.
Requirements
- 1+ years of related project accounting experience within the Construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and financial applications including large ERP systems (JD Edwards experience would be an asset)
- A strong skill set within Excel (performing functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in billing summations
- Commitment to continuous improvement and excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and organization skills
