As our Project Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the project running smoothly by coordinating administrative and operational activities across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Office/Business Administration or a related program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of increasingly responsible office administration experience, preferably in a construction environment supporting management roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management tools. Familiarity with project scheduling and database management is an asset
