Superintendent, Building Construction

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with 7+ years of field operations experience on multi-disciplinary, large-scale construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth, day-to-day management of field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent position
• Experience with residential or commercial projects
• Combination of work experience in a similar role and industry-related trade certification/education
• Expertise in safety within the organization and knowledge of OH&S and Environmental standards and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to work with senior management
• Strong technical knowledge of modern construction practices, documents, drawings, schedules, technologies, equipment, industry practices and contract negotiations
