Supervise and direct residential Install, Service, and Home Improvement Technicians on residential job sites, providing strategic planning, administrative, budget, mentoring, leadership and technical assistance.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- (5) five years related, qualified experience and/or training
- Journeyman level trade experience preferred
- Prior leadership/management experience preferred
- EPA Certification (if working in HVAC)
