Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10+ years of recent experience as Foreman, Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Technical knowledge of building construction means, methods and systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project
• Ability to read and understand building plans, construction contracts and project specifications
