Facilities Day Porter - Building Services Technician

As a Facilities Day Porter for Piedmont Facilities Management, you will be responsible for performing and/or coordinating all facility cleaning, identifying needed repairs, and completing minor repair jobs. You will work a 4-day, 10-hour day schedule and be required to have a strong safety focus and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College degree and/or trade certification in job related field preferred
• Knowledge of or ability to perform tasks in many trades
• Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, customer service skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and willingness to be an effective team member
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and a professional demeanor
• Ability to meet physical demands
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Excellent driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Willing to authorize background check; must be willing to take and pass a drug test
