Prepress Technician

The Tulsa World, a Lee Enterprises company, is seeking a Prepress Technician for the afternoon/evening shift to operate prepress equipment and process customer files. The position requires good mechanical and digital troubleshooting skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency with computers and software.

Requirements

• Good mechanical and digital troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proficiency with computers, including programs such as Windows 11, Google Chrome, and Outlook Email
• Ability to effectively organize information, materials, and time
• Ability to read, comprehend, and understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with co-workers, supervisors and other departments
• Ability to produce accurate work
• Ability to learn new software and operate new equipment
