Job Description
LEEP Dual Language Academy Charter School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual (English-Spanish) SETSS Teacher to join our committed team. The SETSS Teacher will develop and provide specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities as mandated in their Individualized Educational Plan (IEP).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-3 years of elementary teaching experience working with SPED students with measurable results.
- Valid NYS Special Education Teaching Certification or currently on the pathway to certification required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
- Firm commitment to student academic progress.
- Motivation to work as part of a team and possess a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Ability and desire to receive and implement feedback from the leadership team and colleagues to drive professional growth.
