Job Description
The Integration Manager is a cross-functional role that supports the Project Management organization by creating clarity, alignment, and proactive risk management across the project lifecycle — from FID through final Commercial Operation. This role develops and maintains a project-level roadmap that integrates contractual, technical, financial, and operational requirements across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, execution, commissioning, project management, or commercialization.
- Demonstrated experience operating in complex, cross-functional project environments.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
