Solar Technician, Level 1

Leeward Renewable Energy is a high-growth renewable energy company seeking a Solar Technician, Level 1 to perform routine preventive maintenance on utility-scale solar PV systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Unrestricted driver license in good standing
• Must be skilled in at least one of the following: power plant operations, electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance; substation maintenance
• Must be competent in power plant safety protocols
• Must be competent in electrical safety
• Knowledge of and experience with the use of hand and power tools
• Ability and willingness to occasionally travel to and from job sites as assigned
