LOWNDES ADULT MENTAL HEALTH - Therapist

Legacy Behavioral Health Services is hiring Therapists to work in our Lowndes Mental Health Clinic in Valdosta, GA. We are seeking individuals with a passion for making a difference in their community! Our Therapists provide individual, family, and group counseling to consumers and their families, and are responsible for completing evaluations and therapeutic services to mental health consumers in an outpatient clinic.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with a supervised clinical practicum
• Degree must be license eligible
• Clinical license (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LAMFT, LPC, LAPC) and have at least 2 years’ experience working in the social services field; preferred
• A valid Georgia driver’s license with no more than 6 points
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork
• Computer experience
