Engineering Technician

Legacy Talent Search is seeking an experienced Engineering Technician for a full-time in-person role in Biddeford, Maine. The ideal candidate will support manufacturing engineers and collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical training in manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience as a Manufacturing or Engineering Technician in a production environment preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, and production support is a plus
• Proficiency using precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
