The Assistant Principal will have supervisory responsibility, create a unifying workforce vision, and assist the principal with instructional duties. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Education
- Administrative certificate
- Three or more years of teaching experience in a variety of grade levels
- Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop staff
- Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner showing conscientiousness about assignments
