School Registrar

Legacy Traditional Schools is seeking a School Registrar to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and 2 years' experience in a clerical setting, preferably in a school setting. The School Registrar will be responsible for the administration, coordination, and communication of the student enrollment and attendance reporting process and student cumulative file management.

Requirements

• Responsible for the registration and withdrawal of students
• Requests records for new students transferring from other schools
• Maintains student database information and related reports
• Generates reports, class lists, and enters attendance alerts
• Maintains grades and attendance databases and extracurricular activity records
• Maintains database of student schedules, runs schedule reports and adjusts student schedules as necessary
• Processes and maintains daily student attendance records
• Audits attendance daily to ensure accurate reporting
• Prepares report cards by grading periods and sends report cards electronically
