Job Description
As a Special Education Teacher at Legacy Traditional Schools, you will change lives through education, connecting and working one-on-one with students needing special support. You will create a classroom environment that cultivates learning, engage the interests of the students, and allow them to perform at their best.
Requirements
- Holding a bachelor's degree or more advanced degree
- Current K-12 Special Education Mild/Moderate OR Special Education Moderate/Severe teaching certificate within the state the position is located
- Creating positive, powerful energy that fuels school spirit
- Participating in events outside of normal hours
- Being active in the role when light lifting, sitting, standing, moving throughout the campus and traveling to other campuses as required
