The Dillard House is seeking an Assistant Manager for its F&B operations. The successful candidate will lead front-of-house operations, develop the service team, and create unforgettable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or multi-concept front-of-house leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills
- Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and operational efficiency
- Experience with POS and reservation systems (Revel, Micros, Aloha, or similar preferred)
- Knowledge of service standards, food & beverage operations, and guest relations
