Requirements
- Inspect all kitchen surfaces to ensure safety and sanitation
- Prepare food as directed
- Season and cook food according to recipes
- Inventory and properly store, date and rotate food items
- Organize food storage and kitchen equipment
- Consult with supervisory staff to plan prep
- Must clearly communicate in a professional manner
- Must adapt to different personalities of guests and coworkers
- Must recognize and resolve problems appropriately
- Must perform physical activities that require moderate strength
- Must utilize methods and organization techniques
- Must speak and read with excellent command of the English language
