Guest Room Attendant / Suitekeeper

The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are clean, attractive, and meet the hotel’s standards.

Requirements

• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties such as setting up cleaning carts with supplies and linens
• Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and management
