Administrative Assistant - SSI

Perform administrative tasks, including team administrative activities, secretarial work, and clerical work, for the Legal Aid Society of San Diego (LASSD).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Secretarial skills sufficient to provide clerical assistance
• Writing skills to compose correspondence, reports, and public information materials
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and support team efforts
• Reliable transportation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
