Staff Attorney- Housing Eviction Litigation (San Diego)

The Staff Attorney position is responsible for maintaining a large caseload, interviewing clients, analyzing legal problems, and representing clients in litigation. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated capacity to handle a complex caseload, a commitment to serving low-income people, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Admitted and in Good Standing with the California State Bar
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as support team efforts
• Must have reliable transportation
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish preferred
• Member of the Federal Bar
• Knowledge of or experience in landlord-tenant law and/or civil litigation
